The proposed site 5 Wyargine street Balmoral is located within 60 meters of the coastline, situated on a 702 square meter block. The East facing block is located on the western side of Wyargine street, between Stanton and Edwards Bay Road. The site is withing walking distance to public transport (max 95m), Balmoral's main Esplanade (173m) and the nearest shopping center is within 500m of the site. The site is a slightly irregular shape with a frontage of 16m, and divided by a retaining wall creating two flat sections at different heights on the site.
The site contains a two storey house (which has been demolished and replaced with a new dwelling), and a garage at street level. The block is raised above street level due to rock and other topographical features, placing in on a high stop, overlooking the opposing five storey residential flat building, with an array of garages and car spots accessed from Wyargine street.
